Before we settle down for our meditation we should first figure out where we want to go with it. Do we just want to calm down, let go of the happenings of the day and relax? Or is there something troubling us and we do not really know how to cope with it? Maybe we want to find out more about ourselves, our own strengths, or where we might still need to improve? Or we would like to achieve something and need some support?
