The Way to Self-Realisation – the Knowledge of the Spirit
Feeling lost at times in life may be a sign that something deeper is calling. Sahaja Yoga Meditation may be the answer to help you find inner clarity, balance, and a deeper connection within yourself.
Sometimes we get into situations that don’t quite make sense. You’re doing what you are supposed to do. You give your best. But nothing works out the way it should. We search for clarity but find it hard to decide what is what.
Often, these challenges come into our lives for a reason. Maybe there is not something to solve, but to notice. Something within you that is calling for your attention.
And as long as we keep staying only on the surface, life keeps repeating itself in different ways – until we start paying attention. Maybe the real question is not: “How do I control my life better?”
But: “Is there a way to connect deeper within—and from that inner balance, find new solutions and real shifts in my life?”
Practitioners of Sahaja Yoga Meditation all over the world have experienced deep shifts and transformations in their lives, regardless of their culture or background.
If you found your way here today, this might be your invitation to have this experience, too.
There is nothing to believe. Nothing to pay. Nothing to give up.
The only thing you need is the desire to connect with yourself on a deeper level – and to come with an open and curious mind.

What is Sahaja Yoga Meditation?
Founded in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Yoga is a worldwide volunteer-run, always-free meditation practice.
It enables people who seek truth to achieve their Self-Realization which is the key to thoughtless awareness, also known as mental silence, and is the basis of good health and well-being. Sahaja Yoga is practiced in more than 100 countries.
What to expect?
In our free meditation courses, you’ll be guided by our volunteers to attain new levels of awareness and self-knowledge.
Newcomers and regulars will learn how to meditate and reach a state of inner silence. One-on-one help, workshops with group practice, and ongoing mentoring will be available.
What are the benefits of Sahaja Yoga Meditation in my daily life?
Sahaja Yoga meditation brings a subtle but powerful shift. You begin to notice your reactions as they arise – before they take over. What once pulled you in starts to lose its hold and you respond with more clarity and ease.
Change no longer feels forced. You naturally move away from what disturbs your balance and toward what feels right. It becomes less about discipline… and more about awareness.
Over time, a quiet steadiness grows within you. Life may still be busy, but you’re not shaken so easily. There’s a sense of being guided, supported, and at ease within yourself.
And perhaps most simply: you begin to feel at home within.
Do I have to sit cross-legged?
You don’t need to sit cross-legged on the floor to meditate. If that feels natural, that’s wonderful – but sitting comfortably on a chair works just as well.
What matters most is that your body feels at ease. When you’re comfortable, your attention can settle more easily, instead of being pulled by tension or discomfort.
The only real guideline is simple: keep your spine gently upright. Not stiff, not forced—just naturally straight, so the body can relax and the meditation can deepen.
Will I need to make lifestyle changes?
With Sahaja Yoga meditation, there’s no need to force changes in your lifestyle. If something shifts, it happens on its own—gently and naturally.
Over time, your way of living begins to align with what truly supports your body and your inner being. Life feels more balanced, more at ease.
And without effort, you may notice that things you no longer need simply fall away.
