There are two main steps to deepen meditation
- The awakening of the inner energy (the Kundalini) by which we automatically come into a state of thoughtless awareness – that is where meditation begins
- The clearing of the subtle body (consisting of three channels and seven energy centers) which will allow more and more of the Kundalini energy to rise and thus make it more and more effortless and spontaneous to come into a state of thoughtless awareness, i.e. meditation
Once you have reached the state of thoughtless awareness meditate for at least 10 minutes. By doing so every day you will see significant positive changes within a short time.
