Shri Mataji spoke about how when we become realized through the awakening of our kundalini, we emit those vibrations into our environment. It has an impact on everything and everyone around us. I have seen in my own life that when I am grounded, at peace and solid in my connection it does have an impact on others.

In that state of meditation, though we are not consciously trying to influence anyone, we become examples of another way to approach life – an integrated, balanced and joyful life. We just need to meditate, be ourselves and be true to ourselves, and we spontaneously make a contribution to the world.
