A personal story how Sahaja Yoga Meditation has turned my life into a fantastic magical journey – by Angelika
Do you know this feeling when you cannot wait for the next vacation because it means you can live again? When this daily drain of going to work numbs you down, and you feel you do not live at all?
What stood out for me when I started with Sahaja Yoga Meditation was the impact of how much it changed my life! Now, don’t get me wrong—I still went to work, there were still the same people around me, but what had changed was my PERCEPTION of everything!!
Suddenly, life was not anymore glimpses experienced on vacations or weekends. It was not flowing like sand through my fingers when I was at work, but it became a fantastic adventure! Because I now had magic in me! Yes, magic! A magical power given by the Kundalini through her rising and connecting me with the higher unknown that I suddenly met in a completely new way.
Before, when I woke up feeling horrible, I would not have known why or what happened. Have you had this experience? In the evening, you were on a high because everything was great, and in the morning, you felt you could just crawl around and that the day would be better spent in bed?
But now I had a new power! A new awareness! I could sit down, meditate for 5 minutes, and actually KNOW WHY I felt like that!! And it was simple things like: “Oh, this chakra is totally out of balance!” or “Ah, I exhausted that channel too much the day before; therefore, I feel like that.”
But it did not end there! I could immediately do something about it! Because now I had this “secret” knowledge (that is not secret anymore when you have your Kundalini Awakening and can actually FEEL all that stuff) that I could pull out of my magic toolbox and use it. OK, translated, that meant: if this chakra is out of balance, then it needs that treatment, for instance a foot-soak with cooler water and of course the right meditation technique. And within 10 minutes, everything would feel alright again.
But this was by far not all!! I am telling you—I really felt sometimes like I was in an adventurous fairy tale! Imagine you come into the office, and your “very easily triggered” boss is already sitting in his office with a dark-red head… and you have to go into the dragon’s den!!
But yeah, I had my magic powers, and I knew that my poor boss just had too much heat in his liver because I could FEEL his state in my hands (yes, your hands start speaking! Through vibrations.)!
And now I had this great opportunity to test my powers and see how much I was already able to use them!! So—you will learn this in the 21 Days of Meditation course—I went into my inner fortress, the state of thoughtless awareness, with my attention resting in my Sahasrara Chakra where we are connected to this immense power of love, knowledge, and joy. Equipped with all this magic within me and around me, I faced the dragon, smiled my best smile while putting my magical attention on his liver to cool it down, and lo… he immediately softened and became relaxed.
These all were real life experiences! And each one of them left a profound shift in me. Because I was not helpless anymore. And because I suddenly could understand not only myself better but other people as well. Sometimes I could understand them better than they themselves! And that was (and still is) awesome!
So, can you see how life turned suddenly into a big adventure and was never boring again! Challenging, yes! Of course! But now it was fun! Not always, of course. But then it was at least really interesting and fascinating because I could understand everything and deal with it in a completely different way. Sometimes real miracles happened, too. Not always… then I knew I had to do some introspection! But ever since I started with Sahaja Yoga Meditation, my life took a turn into the unforeseen, into the fantastic, into surprises and unexpected turns that brought me to new shores (literally).
Above all, the journey within was the one which was the most unexpected one, the most profound and liberating, breathtaking and leaving me with wonder and awe because I never knew about all those “things”, these hidden treasures in the chakras that were waiting for me to be found.
Having your Kundalini Awakening, starting to meditate, and clearing your subtle system is by no means boring or something where you have to sit still for a long time. I mean, the sitting still is there, of course, but it is never is boring because there is so much happening inside of you. You can feel your Kundalini working in you, you can feel the vibrations changing in your hands. There is all the time something new to experience, inside and out!

At the end of the daily sessions, we will provide breakout rooms for participants to interact or meditate in a one-on-one or small group setting. One or two experienced practitioners are assigned to the rooms to guide the session and answer questions.
Meditation mentors are an optional way for you to connect individually with someone who is experienced with Sahaja Yoga meditation. They are available to support your journey by answering questions, clarifying topics from the sessions, or meditating with you in between sessions.

This longing, this pull, is the call of the Self — the silent truth within, drawing you toward the realization of your true nature.
You have sought answers in the external world, yet the essence of who you are lies not in the seen, but in the subtle. The fourth dimension of consciousness is where this journey turns inward, where the boundaries of individuality dissolve, and the reality of oneness is experienced directly.
Collective consciousness is not a concept to be understood but a state to be realized.
It is the recognition that the same essence that animates you flows through all of creation. When you dwell in this state, the fragmentation of the mind ceases, and you perceive the universe as a single, interconnected whole.

In this realization, there is no longer a need to ask, “Who am I?” for the answer is revealed in the stillness of your being.
This awareness arises naturally when the Kundalini energy within you awakens. It is through this awakening that your consciousness expands to touch the eternal, all-pervading power. You see that the separateness you once believed in was an illusion, and the truth of your existence is inseparably linked to the whole.
The sages describe this state as one of flow, an effortless harmony where all resistance fades.
In this state of consciousness, the mind rests, and the Spirit guides. There is no conflict, no duality; only the silent joy of being.
In this dimension, you become like a clear mirror reflecting the Divine, untouched by the distortions of ego or fear.

This state is not limited to moments of meditation; it becomes your natural state of living. Every action, every word, arises from a place of deep alignment with the universal Spirit. This is true transcendence, not as an escape from life, but as a fuller, richer engagement with it.
The journey to the fourth dimension does not require effort or struggle. It requires only openness.

The Kundalini, the sacred energy within, rises naturally when you allow it. Sahaja Yoga meditation offers a method to facilitate this awakening. It is not a technique to be mastered but a state of surrender to what is already present within you.

All sessions are recorded so you can review the information later or in case you miss a session. You can view the recordings on our YouTube Channel.
At the end of the daily sessions, we will provide breakout rooms for participants to interact or meditate in a one-on-one or small group setting. One or two experienced practitioners are assigned to the rooms to guide the session and answer questions.
Meditation mentors are an optional way for you to connect individually with someone who is experienced with Sahaja Yoga meditation. They are available to support your journey by answering questions, clarifying topics from the sessions, or meditating with you in between sessions.

To many, a Christmas tree is just a beautiful tradition. But the truth is, the Christmas tree holds a profound, universal meaning – the awakening of an inner light that transforms us from within.
The Christmas tree is far more than a festive decoration. It symbolizes the Tree of Life that exists within each of us. Hidden within our physical body lies a subtle system of energy channels and centers, connected intricately with the nervous system. This inner tree is waiting to be illuminated.

In Sahaja Yoga Meditation, we understand that this illumination comes through a sacred, maternal power within us called the Kundalini. In Christianity, this same power is revered as the Holy Ghost — the motherly Love of the Divine.
It is the Kundalini, rising gently through our subtle system, that brings the light of enlightenment to this inner tree, transforming us from the inside out.

Throughout history, the Divine has gently reached out to humanity in countless ways offering guidance and love. While people have sometimes focused on differences, the deeper truth is that the Divine is within us, patiently waiting to be realized.
The Christmas tree reminds us of this universal truth. Its evergreen branches signify eternal life, and its upward-pointing shape mirrors the ascent of our consciousness. Decorating the tree—adorning it with lights and ornaments—represents the awakening and beautification of this inner tree through the light of enlightenment.
When we celebrate Christmas, we honor the birth of Jesus Christ, the ‘Light of the World’ and the embodiment of forgiveness, compassion, and peace. Mother Mary played a profound role, too. As the one who gave birth to Christ, she holds a special place in this story, symbolizing the Tree of Life itself — that motherly Divine Love that brings light into the world.
In the same way, when this Divine Motherly Love is awakened within us, it illuminates our inner Tree of Life, giving us the gift of our second birth. Lord Jesus spoke of being born again—not in the physical sense, but born in the spirit. It is through this nurturing love of the Divine that we are given this incredible gift.
The Christmas tree, then, is a symbol of the light that is meant to awaken within us, and of the second birth that transforms us into our truest selves.
