  • HOW IS SAHAJA YOGA MEDITATION DIFFERENT FROM OTHER MEDITATION PRACTICES

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is unique because it is self-realized and energy-based.   • BEST MEDITATION PRACTICES

For meditation at home, a minimum of 10 minutes in the morning and evening is recommended. This helps the awareness settle and the subtle energy flow steadily.

Participating in the 21 Days program in the evening is even better, as it supports regularity and allows you to deepen your practice with guidance.

The key is consistency, not perfection. Daily practice, even in small amounts, naturally brings more calm, clarity, and inner peace into your life. 🌸

On our website, you will find daily handouts to support your meditation practice at home. You can choose to sit in silence or use the affirmations provided in the handouts.

Additionally, you can revisit the recordings and follow along at your own pace, replaying any parts of the meditations as needed.

  • WHAT IS KUNDALINI?

The Kundalini is a subtle, living energy that resides within each of us. In Sahaja Yoga Meditation we acknowledge that it is the energy that awakens the inner Self and helps us go beyond the mind, experience thoughtless awareness, and connect with the present moment.

It is intelligent and responsive, guiding us according to our needs and helping us balance the subtle system of energy centers (chakras) in the body. When awakened, the Kundalini naturally flows upward from the base of the spine to the top of the head (Sahasrara), allowing us to experience inner silence, peace, and alertness.

You can think of it as a living guide within you—she knows you perfectly, responds to your questions, and helps you discover your natural state of clarity, calm, and connection. 🌸

  • WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND ALL PROGRAMS?

The 21-day timeframe is designed to help you build a habit of daily meditation and give your awareness enough time to settle into thoughtless awareness and inner silence. It provides a structured way to experience the energy consistently and notice subtle changes in your mind and body.

However, if you cannot complete all 21 days, it’s still completely effective. Even a few days of regular meditation are valuable, and you can continue your practice at home.

All sessions are recorded, so you can watch them at a later time if you miss a live session. The key is consistency and attention, not perfection. Every session you do contributes to your calmness, clarity, and connection with the Kundalini. 🌸
