The Way to Self-Realisation – the Knowledge of the Spirit
Have you ever wondered why the search for meaning remains endless, even when the mind seems to find answers? What is it that drives you beyond the material, the intellectual, or even the emotional?
This longing, this pull, is the call of the Self — the silent truth within, drawing you toward the realization of your true nature.
You have sought answers in the external world, yet the essence of who you are lies not in the seen, but in the subtle. The fourth dimension of consciousness is where this journey turns inward, where the boundaries of individuality dissolve, and the reality of oneness is experienced directly.
Collective consciousness is not a concept to be understood but a state to be realized.
It is the recognition that the same essence that animates you flows through all of creation. When you dwell in this state, the fragmentation of the mind ceases, and you perceive the universe as a single, interconnected whole.

In this realization, there is no longer a need to ask, “Who am I?” for the answer is revealed in the stillness of your being.
This awareness arises naturally when the Kundalini energy within you awakens. It is through this awakening that your consciousness expands to touch the eternal, all-pervading power. You see that the separateness you once believed in was an illusion, and the truth of your existence is inseparably linked to the whole.
The sages describe this state as one of flow, an effortless harmony where all resistance fades.
In this state of consciousness, the mind rests, and the Spirit guides. There is no conflict, no duality; only the silent joy of being.
In this dimension, you become like a clear mirror reflecting the Divine, untouched by the distortions of ego or fear.

This state is not limited to moments of meditation; it becomes your natural state of living. Every action, every word, arises from a place of deep alignment with the universal Spirit. This is true transcendence, not as an escape from life, but as a fuller, richer engagement with it.
The journey to the fourth dimension does not require effort or struggle. It requires only openness.

The Kundalini, the sacred energy within, rises naturally when you allow it. Sahaja Yoga meditation offers a method to facilitate this awakening. It is not a technique to be mastered but a state of surrender to what is already present within you.
As this energy ascends, you begin to feel the vibrations of the universe. These are not abstractions but tangible, subtle sensations that guide you to deeper awareness. With time and practice, the connection to the collective consciousness grows stronger, and you come to know yourself as the Spirit — infinite, eternal, and free.
The quest for fulfillment has always been within you, though it often takes the form of outward seeking. But fulfillment is not found in accumulation or accomplishment; it is found in the realization of your unity with the whole. Without this realization, life feels fragmented and incomplete, like a shadow searching for its source.
In the fourth dimension, this search ends. The Spirit within you shines forth, and the peace you sought becomes your natural state. You no longer strive to achieve or prove; instead, you simply are, and in being, you fulfill the purpose of life itself.
The journey inward is not one of complexity but simplicity. The fourth dimension of consciousness is not something to reach; it is something to recognize and experience. It is the essence of who you are, waiting to be unveiled.
Through Sahaja Yoga meditation, you are guided to this recognition. It is not a practice of doing but of being.
In this state, you come to live in harmony with the power that sustains all of creation.
You move through life with clarity and grace, not as an individual striving against the world, but as an integral part of the whole.

This is the promise of the fourth dimension: not as an abstract idea, but as a lived reality.
Are you ready to turn inward? The answers you seek lie not in the distance but within you, waiting in the silence. Begin now, and let the infinite reveal itself through you.
