Jesus Christ Showed Us How to Forgive

Jesus Christ was the greatest example of all history to show us how to forgive. He who had nothing but love and forgiveness, who went all over the places to talk to people about love, to lift them up and to heal them – when he was answered with anger and aggression and was even tortured and crucified, he still had nothing but love and forgiveness.

Nowadays we see anger and aggression on the rise everywhere. Maybe this is a good time to remember Him. To be inspired by this amazing personality. To follow such a bright light of love and compassion. How much can we forgive? How much can we follow this ideal man? At the end, what will happen to us if we forgive? Forgiveness brings deep peace.

Because once you forgive them, you don’t remember what they have done to you, and you never torture yourself. But if you don’t forgive, then you torture yourself thinking, “Why did he do this? Why did she do this?” Nothing – you just forgive. The very great present of Jesus was that you should forgive everyone. That gives you a great peace here.

Shri Mataji, 2000-0928

The Message of Christ’s Resurrection

Throughout the ages people were sent into this world who were different than the rest. They were different in the way that matter had no hold over them. And they talked of something higher. Of the soul. Of the spirit.

They did not only talk about it but they showed throughout their life that if we could attain a state where we identify with our spirit and not with our material being we would be able to even perform miracles.

Their whole life was an example and a spiritual message so that mankind could reach a higher awareness where ultimately we would be able to rise above matter and become our higher Self, our Spirit.

“The Spirit that is Christ has to resurrect out of the material manifestation of the Divine Itself. The matter is manifested because we ourselves have created it. Not that we are born out of matter, our body, but we are attached to it, we want it, we want to have it. Whatever you want, that sustains itself, by your desire, because now you are on the stage. If you want to sustain the matter, if you want to keep the matter as the first priority, it will remain. It cannot disappear. It has to go out of your mind that matter cannot hold you any further.

Christ rose out of the matter, came out of the tomb which symbolizes the matter which has enclosed us within, which has to be opened out with our spiritual power.

Throw away, throw away the stone that is covering this grave. Get out of that and stand outside it. This is the message of Christ’s resurrection.”

The True Meaning of “Yoga”

“Yoga’s are meant for very, very few people. For very few people who live with a guru, in the jungles. You have to do six things simultaneously under the guidance of an evolved soul.

But everybody is trying to do yoga because they want to slim down. God is not to be used for these frivolous things. All right, you do exercises. But this is not yoga.

Yoga means ‘union with God’. It is union with God. It is not union with the worldly things that you think so important.”

Shri Mataji, 1976-0319

Join our meditation classes and experience the true meaning of Yoga!

When you start feeling the deep connection that you have with the Divine the first sign is deep peace.

Then, eventually, you will start feeling cool vibrations (a cool breeze or wind) in your hands and over the head. This is the sign that your own Kundalini is manifesting and flowing through your system, nourishing, cleansing and healing.

With these vibrations you will be able to know for yourself what is good for you and what not. Whoever or whatever emits cool vibrations is in oneness with the whole. Therefore, when we start with Sahaja Yoga Meditation we feel a lot of warmth coming out of the head and hands because we have not lived in harmony with the Divine; not even in harmony with ourselves.

If we make it a daily practice to meditate and use the simple clearing techniques to heal our chakras everything in our life starts to fall into place. We do not need to make an effort to grow from the seed that has been planted through the Kundalini Awakening into a tree rich with fruits. We only have to water this seed by our daily meditation then the rest will happen by itself.

The more we find balance inside the more we start feeling the joy. Not the happiness that can turn into unhappiness at any time but the Joy that has no duality. That just is. For no reason. Pure Joy.

Why Do We Fight Over a Name of God? All Religions Are Part of One Tree of Life

Shri Mataji“Gandhi Ji said that all religions are equal, means the tattwa (essence, principle) of all the religions is the same.

You should understand this. The energy which flows inside the tree goes everywhere, it goes into the roots, in the trunk, into the leaves, flowers and then it goes back. It does not get attached to any place.

This type of love which is unconditional, which is detached, is a power. In that power, a principle is working out everywhere, the same way.

One principle is working out in every religion.
And that, to the point, the simple principle is just that, when Dharmà (the righteous way of living) gets manifested within ourselves, when we get nourished by the principle of any dharmà, when we fully establish the tattwa within ourselves, then we can get our evolution.”

Shri Mataji, 1978-0203, Translated from Hindi

“I laugh within myself when someone objects that Rama or the chanting of Ramanama is for the Hindus only, how can Muslims therefore take part in it?

Is there one God for the Muslims and another for the Hindus, Paris or Christians?

No, there is only one omnipotent and omnipresent God. He is named variously and we remember Him by the name which is most familiar to us.

My Rama, the Rama of our prayers is not the historical Rama, the son Dasharatha, the King of Ayodhya. He is the eternal, the unborn, the one without a second. Him alone I worship. His aid alone I see, and so should you. He belongs equally to all.

I, therefore, see no reason why a Muslim or anybody should object to taking His name. But he is in no way bound to recognize God as Ramanama. He may utter to himself Allah or Khuda so as not to mar the harmony of the sound.”

(Mahatma Gandhi*, 28-4-1946, p111)

For “Fools-Day” :-D

“But at this point, man’s foolishness also comes into play in that he saves his time to waste it elsewhere. If he thinks even for an instant, “This time that I am saving, where have I to use it?” he comes into balance.

To obtain that torrential rain of God falling on the people of this Kali Yuga (Dark Age), only a little balance is required.”

Shri Mataji, 1975-1222

“I sometimes feel like that. Is man’s search for truth or untruth? Why is a man in love with untruth? However, if you look at it, no one likes the untruth. If I tell a lie to you, will you like Me?

But if a man tries to search at the micro-level, he pays great attention to the matter and dead things and he is sad, he is a sad person, the whole world is sad. What can we do to these fools?

They are sad for no reason. It is like this; your lamp is embellished, decorated. You also light a beautiful lamp with a wick. You decorate the rest also. You light the lamp, still you are unhappy, you are in darkness.”

Seek the Eternal in Your Heart

“Why do you go to the forest in search of God?
He lives in all and is yet ever distinct;
He abides with you, too,
as a fragrance dwells in a flower,
and reflection in a mirror;
so does God dwell inside everything;
seek Him, therefore, in your heart.”

The Pulsation of Truth Is Joy

public program in 1978

Lady: I’ve searched for the truth for so long. I know the truth is in you, I know that, without any – I read this paper (unclear), and I knew immediately. And in thirty-three years I have searched for someone who really speaks the truth and doesn’t bend the truth, and you don’t find those,

Shri Mataji: Yes, that’s why you find it, also. If you accept something as truth and you linger on it, then it is a wrong thing, you see? And then what happens, that you are identified with it, and it’s very difficult because these misidentifications cannot drop out. You have to give up this misidentification, then only the truth comes within you.

And truth is the most joy giving thing. I mean it is joy. Truth is joy and that is beauty, sat-chit-ananda.

It is not a harsh thing.

Truth is not harsh. People think truth means harsh stuff, no it is not. It is the most beautiful thing. It is the most delicate thing. It is a very subtle thing and it is the most joy-giving thing.

It is the truth that when it ripples, you see when it pulsates, then you get the joy. The pulsation of truth is joy. It is not harsh, it is extremely kind, compassion. Love of God is truth.

They say, “God is love, and love is God,” but people don’t understand what does that mean!

A Song to The Mother Who Protects Her Children in Times of War

I am sharing this with the desire that all wars in this world may end. That all dictators may be finished. That all the countries can be free, prosperous and peaceful and that we can connect and unite as One World.

Why I love Sahaja Yoga? Because it integrates all cultures, all religions, all races. When we meditate together we come from different nations, different backgrounds, different societies, yet we feel so connected with each other, understanding that we are all part and parcel of the Whole. Moreover, we do not need to believe in the Divine anymore. We know the Divine through the deep connection that comes with the Awakening of the Inner Energy, the Kundalini, our second birth.

May the whole world become aware that we are a part and parcel of the Whole. That whatever we do to someone else, we do to ourselves. That fighting for land, fighting for religion, fighting for power, fighting and fighting is like one body fighting itself.

“Peace is a nature or is the quality of your spirit. So, once you jump onto your peace, somehow, what happens that you go beyond the cause and the effect. You are beyond the cause and the effect. So the cause disappears and the effect also disappears. So today we all have come here to worship the peace, the within and the without. Let us be peaceful within. Let us not join groups who hate, who talk hate.”

Shri Mataji, 1985-0114

In the Indian tradition in times of war the Divine Mother is worshipped Who protects Her children (on both sides). Here is a beautiful fusion invocation by a group of my friends:

“Peace can be only achieved by establishing peace in the hearts of the people.”

Shri Mataji, 1994-0321

Come and join our meditations! Discover the inner peace that comes with the Awakening of your Inner Energy. Let us emit peace wherever we go. Let us be Peace itself. 🙏🙏🙏
